I hope everyone is ready for the greatest rap battle ever. Jay-Z and Nas? Eminem and Dr. Dre? Tupac and Biggie? No. This showdown trumps even the biggest of rap battles. I am talking about Spencer Pratt and Asher Roth! That’s right, the two whitest guys in the rap game are going head to head. These guys are so white, they make Eminem look like T-Pain.
You couldn’t be more wrong if you thought Spencer Pratt of The Hills was a one trick pony. This man can act and sing. Oh, don’t believe me? Take a listen to Spencer’s world debut single “I AM A CELEBRITY” that premiered on “On-Air With Ryan Seacrest.” This song couldn’t be more terrible. I can’t tell if he is joking in his lyrics or actually Twitters that much in real life. In case you were wondering what is going on with KIIS in the morning since you made the switch to AMP, this is the biggest guest and hottest topic Seacrest has got!
All joking aside, Asher Roth’s remix to Boom Boom Pow is actually pretty good. Although it feels like a 3-minute plug for his new album “Asleep in the Bread Aisle” – which actually isn’t bad at all either. You should go buy it!
If I had to pick the best of the two, Asher Roth would win, hands down. It’s not up to me though. Vote down below on which song you think is better. Word on the street is Spencer is challenging Asher to a freestyle rap battle. That should be amazing.
