Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift, TLC, Snoop Dog, Ciara, Timbaland & Jay Sean all performed at Justin Timberlake‘s annual charity concert at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas last weekend. However, being the consummate professional, JT commented that most of the collaborations he was hoping to do on stage were hindered because most of the artists were unable to show up until the day of the event, leaving them without enough time to orchestrate the type of onstage collaborations he’d have liked. Regardless, it was an awesome time for an awesome cause, which benefited Shriners Hospitals for Children.
In addition to what his colleagues performed, JT got on stage and did a cover of Kings Of Leon’s “Use Somebody” as well as performing his smash hit, “Cry Me A River.” And boy does he sound as good as ever! Lucky for you, we have video of JT performing for you to check out. Do you think that all these attempted collaborations are an indication of Justin’s plans for his next album? We’ve got a sneaky suspicion this might be the case. Let us know what you think in the comments!
