Looks like Lady Gaga’s ex-boyfriend is taking legal advice from Lindsay Lohan and is suing the pop star for over $30 million — pff, chump change for [lastfm]Lady Gaga[/lastfm]. Even so, do you think his claim is valid, or is his suit all personal? Read more and tell us what you think.
[lastfm]Lady Gaga[/lastfm]’s former producer, business partner, and lovah, Rob Fusari filed a suit against the pop superstar claiming he was pushed away after their failed relationship and was left with unpaid revenue and royalties. Take a lesson from this, never mix business with pleasure…
Fusari takes credit for creating her “Lady Gaga” dance-pop persona by switching her grunge-rock sound with dance beats to make the commercial hits we all know and love. Songs he co-produced on The Fame include “Paparazzi,” “Beautiful, Dirty Rich,” and “Brown Eyes.”
He also takes credit for creating her stage name by an accidental text message that switched “Radio Ga Ga” to “Lady Gaga” through a spell check; and the name stuck.
His side of the story claims he was the mastermind behind Gaga’s entire look, sound, and commercial appeal, as if she contributed nothing to her music. Maybe he pushed her in the right direction, but $30 million is a little steep and it’s obvious he’s just taking advantage of the huge celebrity she’s become.
I can’t wait to hear Lady Gaga’s side of the story. This lawsuit is bogus, what do you guys think?
