Who Needs A Workout?
I listen to AMP while I answer your phone calls and sometimes a song will come on that stops me in my tracks … and then makes me dance. It’s a good way of working on my fitness while doing my job.
Some days the song that gets me going is [lastfm]Rihanna[/lastfm]’s “Rude Boy,” other times it’s [lastfm]Snoop Dogg [/lastfm]‘s “Gangster Love”; I’m unpredictable like that. All I know is that I can always count on AMP to play music that triggers my need to dance. YouTube is a great way of staying up to date on dance moves and this time the site really came through. Take [lastfm]Ciara[/lastfm]’s song “Get Up,” which I love. Anyone who’s seen the video for the song knows that it has a lot of crazy dance sequences in it and [lastfm]Ciara[/lastfm] keeps up; she’s a really good dancer.
Stop what you’re currently doing for the next fifteen minutes and just dance! Do it! If you need some inspiration, watch this video and try to emulate it. Honestly, it took me two hours to get some of these moves down, but see what you can do in fifteen minutes. When you put it all together, you might be as good as the real thing!
