Celebrities must be dying for attention lately because some big name artists are taking jabs at each other out of no where. Ke$ha has been dissing just about everyone this past week, and now we have [lastfm]Donny Osmond [/lastfm]snubbing [lastfm]Lady Gaga’s [/lastfm]music video. Read more.
In the first corner, we have family friendly singer [lastfm]Donny Osmond[/lastfm] vs. the boundary pushing [lastfm]Lady Gaga[/lastfm]. Osmond attacked Gaga’s latest video “Telephone” for its provocative content and how in today’s modern society access to the video is available to anyone with Internet. He commented:
“I wouldn’t want my child to watch this video. Would you? What do you think? Should these two extremely gifted female role models for millions of young girls, maybe, have given a little more thought to the effect it might have on their core audience?” (E!Online)
Point made Mr. Osmond, but the video even warns that “parental discretion is advised,” and there are parental controls to block what content is accessable on the web, but I see where you’re coming from.
