When it comes to training a pop star or any celebrity in the lime light, it must be a tough job! What if the celebrity is spoiled and doesn’t like to take direction from anyone? Well personal trainer Harley Pasternak really lucked out by getting the opportunity to work with the highly dedicated [lastfm]Lady Gaga[/lastfm]. He’s gone on the record with ContactMusic.com to say:
Pop star [lastfm]Lady Gaga[/lastfm] ‘never complains’ during her workouts, no matter how grueling they are. Like most stars she doesn’t have a ton of time, so when she is with me she stays focused and never complains no matter how hard I push her. She has always been active, but about a year ago, she decided she wanted to have the best abs, legs and arms ever – so she stepped up her workouts.
No wonder her body has slimmed down and toned up throughout this past year. With such a grueling schedule, it’s really impressive that we’ve seen her accomplish everything with her career, but then she adds physical training into that mix! No wonder she works those outrageous outfits! He went on to say:
