[lastfm]Lady Gaga[/lastfm] can get away with just about anything, it seems.
- Fishnets and a bikini bottom instead of pants? Check!
- Half-buttoned shirt with exposed bra? Check!
- Sneaking into the Yankees clubhouse wasted on whiskey while fondling her chest? Um, maybe not.
So how much power does the pop superstar have after all? Keep reading to find out!
Yankees general manager Brian Cashman is said to have banned the 24-year-old after she smooth-talked her way past security after the team lost to the Mets Friday night.
Along with two female friends, the singer crashed the Yankees’ clubhouse without team approval, where she reportedly swigged Jameson Irish Whiskey and fondled her breasts during her 30-minute visit, where she talked to six players, including notorious ladies man Alex Rodriguez.
But in customary celebrity fashion, Cashman later lifted the ban, explaining the timing was the issue with the team having just lost to the Mets. On Sunday, Cashman clarified, saying:
“She’s not banned. Celebrities aren’t banned. If Michael Jordan showed up here he would have access (to the clubhouse), but not after a loss.”
He’s right and she knows it.
As a matter of fact, in her latest interview with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 2010 issue, the diva admitted:
When I wake up in the morning, I feel just like any other insecure 24-year-old girl. Then I say, ‘B*tch, you’re Lady Gaga, you get up and walk the walk today.’
Sounds like homegirl took The Secret to heart. Next time you’re feeling insecure remember Gaga‘s words of wisdom and you get up and walk the walk. Just make sure to wear some pants and don’t get too cocky.
