What was to be three months in jail became 13 days, what was to be three months of rehab became 22 days, and now [lastfm]Lindsay Lohan[/lastfm] is back on the street!
Lohan was supposed to serve 90 days in jail and then head to a 90-day stint in rehab following her parole violation. With her “freedom” comes a new set of probation restrictions from Judge Elden Fox:
- LiLo will be tested twice weekly for alcohol and drugs
- Her travel is restricted to Los Angeles
- She has to attend behavioral therapy classes twice a week
She’ll report back to the court for a hearing on November 1, at which point she could be allowed to travel again.
“She is looking forward to beginning anew and having a productive life and schedule,” according to Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley. “She has changed. She is healthy, clear-headed positive and looking forward [and] has complied with all that has been asked of her.”
Will this mean that Lohan’s biopic of Linda Lovelace will finally get into production? And do you feel less safe with an unleashed LiLo on the streets of LA?
