[lastfm]Ian Benardo[/lastfm] has already been bested by Simon Cowell and company once, as the contestant was summarily dismissed from an American Idol audition episode for being a really, really terrible singer. But now he’s back, suing the show for – ready – workplace discrimination and sexual harassment.

Seriously.
