Atlanta rapper [lastfm]T.I.[/lastfm] will be heading back to prison for 11 months after being sentenced Friday afternoon for violating his parole.
After being released from jail in March after serving less than a year on weapons charges, [lastfm]T.I.[/lastfm] was caught with ecstasy in his car in Los Angeles on September 1st.
“I screwed up,” [lastfm]T.I.[/lastfm] reportedly said during his hearing today. “I screwed up big time, and I’m sorry. I’m truly and sincerely sorry. I don’t want and I don’t need to use drugs anymore. I want them out of my life.”
The judge, however, was not swayed, saying “I think Mr. Harris had had about the limit of second chances.”
No word yet as to what this will do to [lastfm]T.I.[/lastfm]’s seventh studio album, King Uncaged, which was supposed to be released in September but got pushed back. It currently does not have a release date.
