The Burnt Truck’s menu exclusively features gourmet sliders. That includes everything from traditional dishes like sloppy joes and meatloaf to more exotic creations like Vietnamese pork and chicken katsu.
The owners, Paul Cao and Minh Pham, have been friends from elementary school. Their aim with The Burnt Truck is to bring a distinctively upscale taste to the streets of Orange County without all the fuss and nonsense of a high-end restaurant. Um…sounds good to me!
