[lastfm]Kayne West[/lastfm] introduced us to G.O.O.D. Fridays, and the response has been overwhelming. You had to know, just from that, that there would be imitators. But Ye seems to have given his blessing to longtime collaborator (and Mr. [lastfm]Alicia Keys[/lastfm]) [lastfm]Swizz Beatz[/lastfm].

Ladies and Gentlemen, it’s time for Monster Mondays.

Beatz kicked off the series today with a free download of a track he produced with [lastfm]Estelle[/lastfm], called “DJ Play The Beat.”

One listen and you certainly won’t forget the name of the song, that’s for sure.

West took to Twitter to help spread the world, Tweeting: “http://www.basquiatmusic.com/ Yo my brother @therealswizz (sic) is dropping new music every Monday… Monster Mondays!!!”

For the record, Ye left a “z” off the end of Beatz’ Twitter handle.
