We like [lastfm]Kid Cudi[/lastfm] for a lot of reasons.  He’s adorable, has a great sense of style and we admit, we’re under the impression that he’s a great kisser, but outside all of those reasons it’s his talent as a musician that has got us hooked on him.

Now, as Kid Cudi gears up for the release of his album, Man On The Moon II:  The Legend Of Mr. Rager, next week, we’ve gotten a chance to hear a lot of it’s tracks and he does not disappoint.

This week, he was a guest on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and did a live performance of “Maniac” with [lastfm]The Roots[/lastfm] and [lastfm]St. Vincent[/lastfm] that you’ve got to see!

Everything we’ve heard from Kid Cudi’s new album has really got us excited, and “Maniac” is no exception.  We love the vibe of the new album, and our first listen to “Manic” really impressed us.  The beat is sick and the lyrics are deep and cryptic, exactly how we like our men!  Check ‘em out:

I am the maniac
I am the ghoul
I’m in the shadows in the corner of my room
this my new hideaway
this my tomb

What did you think?  Will Kid Cudi continue to make a mark on the music industry with Man On The Moon II:  The Legend Of Mr. Rager or will all the hype cause him to fall short?
