So how did the idea of Lardon come about? Owners Heather and Jeremiah Crowley were sitting around drinking margaritas when they suddenly realized they needed to open a bacon restaurant (I mean, I get ALL my best ideas when drinking margaritas…don’t you?).
After learning all about the food business, the two of them decided instead to launch a bacon-centric food truck.
Heather and Jeremiah cook up hundreds of pounds of bacon a week, 8 of that going just to their family of five! Their goal was to create a menu where you can eat bacon all the time. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner…the options are endless!
Lardon’s menu features no-brainers like a delicious BLT, but also inventive creations like brownies with a bacon Nutella spread!
