Just when you think you’ve heard everything, some other story comes along that throws you for a loop!
Remember little Falcon Heene? He’s better known by his nickname, Balloon Boy. The world anxiously watched a balloon soar through the Colorado skies in 2009, fearing that the little boy was stuck inside. Turns out it was all a big hoax, orchestrated by his parents. Well, now the Heenes are working on a new family venture…a boy band.
Radar Online is exclusively reporting that Falcon and his two brothers are forming a band and it’s a whole family affair! Father Richard and mother Mayumi could appear as back-up band members as well.
Smokey, a jingle writer who has helped Richard Heene in the past, put in his two cents on the subject:
Richard himself plays harmonica, and his wife is a good guitar player too. They are encouraging their boys with the band but they have not come up with a name yet.
Unfortunately, the term ‘Balloon Boy‘ can’t be used for legal reasons. So what do you think their first single should be? A cover of 99 Red Balloons, perhaps?
