We’ve finally reached the end of the week, so you know what that means…Food Truck Friday! Today, we brought in the heavy hitters from the Border Grill Truck, known for their delicious Mexican cuisine.
Here at the morning show, we’ll never turn down a taco or two (or three, or four), so you can imagine how stoked we were when Border Grill stopped by to chat with Carson Daly. Listen to the interview below!
Owners Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger have been chefs and business partners for more than 25 years. Initially, they started with a chain of Border Grill restaurants, but when the food truck movement took off in Los Angeles, they decided to launch their own truck.
The menu includes gourmet tacos, quesadillas, and ceviches influenced by modern Mexican flavors. The Border Grill Truck uses organic rice and beans and only serves sustainable seafood.
