As we approach the end of 2010, it’s time to take a look back at the year that was … and an easy way to do that is to check YouTube and see what videos were the favorites of the Internet audience over the course of the calendar year.

If it’s any indication, that means that this was the year of “Baby” and the Bed Intruder.

The autotuned version of “The Bed Intruder Song,” as done by the hilarious [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Gregory Brothers[/lastfm] (check out their semi-regular “AutoTune The News” for more fun), was seen 47 million times, tops for non-music videos on the site.

Other awesome viral videos in the top ten include the Old Spice “I’m on a horse” commercial at number five, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Greyson Chance[/lastfm] singing “Paparazzi” at number three and a parody of a [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Ke$ha[/lastfm] video at number two.

Meanwhile, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Justin Bieber[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Lady Gaga[/lastfm]‘s YouTube battle ended with Bieber’s “Baby” outlasting Gaga’s “Alejandro,” with 408 million (!!!) views. Gaga came in at eighth.

[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Eminem[/lastfm], meanwhile, finished with two videos in the top ten, half of Bieber’s number. [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Rihanna[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Shakira[/lastfm] were the other two artists represented.

Was Bieber’s “Baby” the YouTube video you watched the most in 2010? Was it the Bed Intruder? Or was it something else entirely?
