Twitter is one of our favorite places to sit back, relax, and watch celebrities say stupid things. Today’s example: [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Soulja Boy[/lastfm], who claims that he wrote an AMP favorite last year.

According to [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Soulja Boy[/lastfm], he wrote [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Willow Smith[/lastfm]‘s “Whip My Hair.”

No, really.

“YES IT’S TRUE I WROTE ‘WHIP MY HAIR’ FOR WILLOW SMITH,” he wrote in annoying all capitals on a January 2nd update.

This would be news to many, including Janae Rockwell and Ronald “Jukebox” Jackson, the duo usually credited with writing the track.

However, there is an argument to be made in [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Soulja Boy[/lastfm]‘s defense: the first lines of Willow’s track are “hopped up out the bed / turn my swag on,” which are lines from [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Soulja Boy[/lastfm]‘s “Turn My Swag On.”

Could this be true? Could the man that put the world on to “supermanning” have written a song for a 10 year old girl? And if so, how did [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Will Smith[/lastfm] let this guy get anywhere near his daughter?
