We told you earlier this week about the [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Kanye West[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jay-Z[/lastfm] album, Watch the Throne, and how West told New Year’s Eve partygoers that it might come out next week. The album itself, it turns out, is looking more like an early March debut, but we should get a taste of it by next Tuesday.
And it will taste like ham.
The first single from Watch the Throne is now slated to be “H.A.M.” and it should drop on January 11th, according to reports. It is unknown, believe it or not, what “H.A.M.” stands for.
However, we’re also hearing that the track could be “heard” as early as this Friday. Radio leak? G.O.O.D. Friday encore?
We’ve had plenty of collaborations between the two to whet our appetites, but if you want to understand the bond these emcees share, check this out:
Meanwhile, the album date is now set for March 1st, though there’s a chance of that being pushed back as well.
What do you think “H.A. M.” stands for? Me and Him? Me and Hova? Give us your best guess.
