However, rumors are swirling that the popstar will be ditching Candies like it’s Kevin Federline.
Where will she end up and what’s does that mean for Britney in terms of being a brand ambassador?
It appears that Britney’s been in talks with BCBG for a while and wants to collaborate on doing a more mature line that would appeal to her older fans. The line would be sold exclusively at Sears and she would oversee production as a creative consultant.

No word as to when this would happen, but as she’s gearing up to release her 7th studio album in March, as well as launch her newest music video for “Hold It Against Me,” the first single off the album. It seems that launching a clothing line in the middle would give it tons of exposure from the media.
No matter that Britney does, we’re sure it’ll be great. Plus, Britney’s fans with careers can emulate the popstar with more mature, chic pieces.
