When I was little, I loved playing with Barbies and dressing them up in all sorts of wacky outfits. But clearly it’s way more awesome to be a kid these days because one artist has re-created some of Lady Gaga’s most iconic fashion statements in miniature doll size!
Anna Chong, a 23-year-old British designer, was inspired to make a fierce collection of outfits specifically for dolls, so obviously she looked no further than the parade of crazy [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Lady Gaga[/lastfm] get-ups.
The dresses are designed to fit Harumika mini-mannequins and Chong’s collection was launched earlier today at the London Toy Fair.
The designer spent two weeks perfecting her mini-version of Lady Gaga’s infamous meat dress, testing out all different types of salamis and beef strips. If you’re curious, she finally decided to use high-quality Parma ham.
Also included in the collection are mini-versions of the popstar’s bubble dress, American flag outfit from the “Telephone” music video, silver lobster hat, red lace dress/mask/hat, and many more.
Watch how Chong made the meat dress right here!
