You may think Italian food is just pasta and pizza, but owner Rosa explains to Carson that the country’s traditional cuisine is so much more than that:
Rosa’s Bella Cucina is an offshoot of DePalma Brothers, a delicatessen and caterer that has operated in New Jersey for more than 30 years. With the blessing of her family, Rosa brought all their tasty (and secret) recipes out to California to launch her mobile food truck.

The menu features a wide variety of sandwiches and homemade aracini (that’s Italian for rice balls). Rosa’s Bella Cucina aims to give eaters the experience of eating in old Italy, even importing specialty ingredients for their authentic meals.
The truck has gained a huge following within the Italian community in Los Angeles. They’re a favorite at the Feast of San Gennaro and celebrities like Jimmy Kimmel and Ray Romano are big fans.
