Saturday Night Live is known for bringing out the big guns in terms of musical performance. In recent years they’ve had [lastfm link_type=""]Kanye West[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=""]Nicki Minaj[/lastfm], and even [lastfm link_type=""]Jay Z[/lastfm] as musical guests.
On February 12th [lastfm link_type=""]Chris Brown[/lastfm] will be making his SNL debut with host and Mr. [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Katy Perry[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=""]Russell Brand [/lastfm].
Both Russell Brand and Chris Brown’s careers are booming. Chris just announced the release date of his fourth studio album on March 12th. Currently, there’s no word if he’ll take part in any skits, but rest assured Chris will be performing new music from his upcoming album.
Russell Brand is also promoting not one, but TWO new films, Hop where Brand is the Easter Bunny and a remake of the popular 1980’s film Arthur.
As you probably already know Russell Brand also got married to AMP Radio superstar and latex queen [lastfm link_type=""]Katy Perry[/lastfm] this past summer.
Despite having some great songs on his new album, do you think the controversy of Chris Brown’s past will cause people to boycott this weeks episode of SNL?
