His pleas were finally answered and now we’re taking full advantage of this breakfast of champions!
Justin came up with the concept of Lobsta Truck after going on a tour of famous lobster shacks in New England. He noticed how similar they were to the taco shacks here in Los Angeles and thought it wouldn’t be hard to put his idea on wheels.
The staple of the Lobsta Truck is a lobster roll, which is fresh lobster meat served on a toasted split top roll with either a touch of mayo or melted butter. For those who aren’t into lobster (but how could you NOT be??), the truck also serves crab rolls, clam chowder, and whoopee pies.
Lobsta Truck flies in their seafood fresh 2-3 times a week from Maine and Canada. Justin was passionate about maintaining an authentic New England flavor, so he flies in the bread too!
