Last week, we reported that the Kanye West was in trouble again, but this time with the UK’s Epilepsy Action group. West’s beautiful, albeit seizure-inducing video for “All of the Lights” was pulled down for a day and then put back up with a warning.
However, West’s creative team took their potentially epileptic audience into account and created an alternate version of “All of the Lights” that has, well, less of the lights.
Here is the new Epilepsy Action group approved video:
Here is the old one (WARNING: It can cause seizures, or in our case, a migraine):
Beyond the video being stripped of the beautiful prologue, some rapidly moving neon lettering and some colors (Kanye West in black and white not full color), there is still the same simpering[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”] Rihanna[/lastfm] wearing basically only black bandaging and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Kid Cudi[/lastfm] spitting his verbally unrecognizable flow while looking to the side.
- What do you think about the video change? Do you think artists should have to create different videos for epileptic people? Let us know in the comments!
