You can get a little obsessive-compulsive about your external environment this week, Scorpio, but honestly it’s sort of refreshing from your usual bouts of highly internalized anxiety.
Just try to take a deep breath and find ways through your stress and anxiety. Get a massage, do yoga, or talk to a therapist.
There is a lot of positive movement in your career sector, but with your indescribable neurosis and anxiety this week, you’ll have to find a way to deal with that stress–even though it is positive stress.
In order to counteract those highly charged feelings, go out of your way to do things that you would normally deem as “boring,” but that are the opposite of what you feel. If you usually have an engagement every night of the week, lay low.
If you go running after work, go for a walk and do some meditation. If you eat meat, try going vegetarian for a little while. Anything to get you out of the frazzled Type A phase you are currently going through.
