It’s a staple of the food truck craze and it never goes out of style.
That’s why we’re stoked to have Knockout Taco show us a thing or two about their gourmet grub today!
The crew “knocked us out” with all the amazing dishes. Not so surprising since Chris has more than 20 years of cooking experience.
He even gave up his job as executive chef at Bottega Louie to start up the truck.

Of course they serve traditional classics like Carne Asada, but they also get experimental with tacos like the Jalapeno Teriyaki Chicken!
Don’t expect anything less than the best from Knockout Taco. Even the tortillas are made from scratch and never store-bought.
Using only the best ingredients and recipes comes from Chris’ gourmet chef experience. In addition to working at several high-end restaurants, he has also been a personal chef for Mark Wahlberg, Adam Sandler, and Barbara Streisand!
