To satisfy our craving, Slammin’ Sliders is here today to cook up some juicy burgers!
Lots of food trucks offer sliders on their menus, but Chef Edward and owner Tom explain why their food stands out in a crowd:
Slammin’ Sliders debuted on the streets of Los Angeles back in September of 2010.
Owner Tom quit the real estate business in Philly, packed up, and moved to SoCal to open up shop (errrr…truck) with Edward.
When you think of a slider, it seems pretty basic, but Tom and Chef Edward think outside of the box.
They use all sorts of flavor profiles, including French cuisine and Philly cheesesteaks…yum!
The truck uses farm and ranch-sourced meats, so that makes everything even more delicious.
Slammin’ Sliders is also committed to doing good within their community. They employ several recovering addicts from the IMPACT drug and alcohol rehabilitation program.
They see it as an opportunity for addicts to learn a trade and turn their lives around at the same time.
