After party rocking all night long at AMP Radio’s Switch Party with [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]LMFAO[/lastfm] yesterday, it was pretty difficult to get up and running this morning.
But what better way to get over those Cinco de Mayo hangovers than with some delicious and authentic cheese steaks?
There’s a few cheese steak trucks rolling around Southern California, so what sets Bera’s apart from its competitors? Its unique combinations!
Bera’s goal is to up the quality of the cheese steak biz with its diverse menu and high-end ingredients.
Think Chipotle Cheese Steak, Thai Chicken Steak, Cuban Steak, and even a Vegetarian Cheese “Steak.”
And if you’re a traditionalist, don’t worry, they still offer the straight up classic with Cheez-Whiz.
Are you one of those extra picky eaters? Bera’s got you covered. You can even create your own custom cheese steak, so really there’s something for everyone.
Owner Tom Barbera (a.k.a “Bera”) launched Bera’s Custom Cheese Steaks last September.
After moving out to LA, the native of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania missed the authentic cheese steak sandwiches from back home.
He and his wife started making them in their own kitchen and experimented with different flavor combinations for their friends.
When the food truck craze started to take off in Los Angeles, Bera decided to take his business on wheels and the rest is history.
Remember to listen to Carson every Friday morning for your chance to win a visit from our truck of the week!
There will be live music performances and fun activities for the entire family, plus you can watch and wager on simulcast horse racing from across North America!
