Cheeseball Wagon only launched last month, but it’s already a favorite out on the streets of LA.
Co-owners Jason and Lisa explained to Carson how they came up with the idea for their cheesy meals on wheels:
So what exactly is a cheeseball? Essentially, it’s a breaded, deep-fried cheddar cheese nugget served with ranch dressing. Umm…DELISH!
But if that isn’t your style, Cheeseball Wagon also serves up sloppy joe’s, PB&J sandwiches, sliders, and hot dogs.
For those with a sweet tooth, try their gourmet cheesecake balls that are rolled in graham cracker crust and dipped in blueberry sauce.
The whole idea for Cheeseball Wagon came about when Jason and Lisa spent last summer visiting her hometown in Iowa where she introduced her love of cheeseballs to Chef Jason.
With Jason’s culinary expertise and Lisa’s unique concept, it seemed like a no brainer.
