[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Lady Gaga[/lastfm] has been a vampiric biker, the lover of biblical figures, an alien goddess, and a fetus in an egg.
According to an interview on a Taiwanese talk show, now Mama Monster is embarking on her biggest monster mission ever: her mermaid alter-ego, Yuyi.
At an interview with a Taiwanese talk show, Lady Gaga refused to say what song would be the fourth single off Born This Way but she did talk about her mythological inspiration behind the video: [pullquote quote="Yuyi may just be born in the next video. "]
I haven’t been excited about a video like this in a really long time. The relation of the video to my real life, as well as to my dream of the future, is really what makes it so special.
Part of what Born This Way is all about is choosing to live halfway between reality and fantasy at all times, and how anyone can do that. So this video really, really challenges that idea and also celebrates it. And it’s very exciting.
I will also say that Yuyi is in incubation, for anyone who knows what that means…Yuyi may just be born in the next video.
Haters gonna hate, but Gaga wants you to know that she will die protecting her mermaid self.
Ok going to hang out with the Haus and get some work done. Ignore all hatred and criticism. Live for what you create, and die protecting it.—
