It’s impossible to hate on [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Kelly Rowland[/lastfm]. She’s beautiful, charming, talented, humble, and so incredibly sweet.

Late last week, Ms. Rowland came in for a TinyChat interview with AMP’s Michelle and hundreds of her devoted international fans.

While we were able to pull some choice quotes from watching her live, today we got our hands on a video version of Rowland’s TinyChat appearance.

Did you get to talk to Rowland face-to-face?

See if you made the video and check out some more of Rowland’s insightful, enlightening quotes about her career, her life, and the things she feels most fortunate about–like her great friendship with[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”] Beyonce[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Michelle Williams[/lastfm] from [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Destiny’s Child[/lastfm].

[pullquote quote=”I think one of the things I love about working with Lil Wayne the most is the fact that he’s very genuine. When it comes to him being genuine as a person, as an artist, as a musician.”]It’s obvious that Kelly Rowland is looking fantastic and her video for “Motivation,” Rowland takes her natural gorgeousness to another level.

Michelle asked her about her routine for “Motivation” and Rowland divulged some of her slimming  secrets, the rehearsal process, and how it was to get down with Lil Wayne:

“First of all, the work out in itself was a lot. Jeanette Jenkins, my trainer, is nothing short of amazing. When it came to eating clean, I did the kale salad like I was telling you about earlier to little turkey patties and burgers with no bun or half of a bun. Just really eating clean. A lot of water.”

“And then the rehearsals. The rehearsals I was so happy because I got a week to be prepared. I don’t like a short time. I realized about myself that I love to be prepared. Preparation is key.”

“The rehearsals were so sexy…The dancers, all my guys were in there with their shirts off…they’re all sweaty…It was just a really fun rehearsal. There was nothing but fog on the wall…All the energy just transferred on set and it was just really great.”

“I really love Wayne. I think one of the things I love about working with Lil Wayne the most is the fact that he’s very genuine. When it comes to him being genuine as a person, as an artist, as a musician.”

“He’s very genuine…He listened to ‘Motivation’ and hit me and was like, ‘This is is great. Period. I’ll get on it…I’ll hit you as soon as I’m done.’ He hit me a couple days later…I screamed ’til I was hoarse.”

[photogallerylink id=112313]The first fan on TinyChat got to ask Kelly Rowland what we can expect from her new album. Rowland replied:

[pullquote quote=”I didn’t want to put myself in a box.”] “I have so enjoyed putting this album together. I will just bust out of my seat. For one, it’s been so long. And thank you guys for being so patient with me on this album. The album is exciting; the album is sassy; the album is sensual; it’s a sexy album. I am very proud of it.

“I didn’t know that it would kind of come out on this album, but it did.  That’s thanks to Rico Love. I love me some Rico Love.”

“I didn’t want to put myself in a box. So many people asked me ‘Are you going to do an urban record? Are you going to do a dance record?’ And to me it was just about making great music.”

A young girl from California ask Rowland what she would be doing if she wasn’t famous what kind of career she would have. Rowland’s answer might have been surprising to some. She showed off her inner healer:

“I would want to be a vet…A doctor because of Grey’s Anatomy.  It makes it look so great. Or a psychiatrist…I just really like the idea of the human mind, the body is amazing how it heals itself. I love animals. I don’t want to see them sick.”

Another fan asked Rowland what her biggest struggle during the album was. According to Rowland, her biggest struggle was having way too much good material:

[pullquote quote=”My inspiration was Whitney Houston.”]”The biggest struggle during the album was…more so breaking down all the song because I would fall in love for different reasons with each record that I recorded. There wasn’t just the song that you guys are hearing on the album and on the deluxe. There were like fifty more songs.”

“I fell in love with all of them…the ones that I fell in love with, I was like, ‘what happens to those records?’ These were the ones that just told a great story for Here I Am. So, probably dwindling the songs down was the hardest part.”

A super cute (and relatively new) fan to Kelly Rowland asked her how she started her career and how she got her inspiration. Rowland explained:

“My inspiration was Whitney Houston. When I started singing, I was honestly about five years old. Professionally, or with the girls, I was around eleven…I’ve been singing for a long time and I absolutely love it. I still love it ’til this day.”

“It’s what I think about when I wake up in the morning. It’s what I dream about in my sleep.  I breathe it.  I love music. Love music. I don’t know what would happen to me if I couldn’t sing.”

The biggest question that Kelly Rowland probably gets is: Is Destiny’s Child getting back together? Rowland gave a vague answer to keep her fans guessing:

[pullquote quote=”It’s what I think about when I wake up in the morning. It’s what I dream about in my sleep. I breathe it. I love music. Love music. I don’t know what would happen to me if I couldn’t sing.”]”We haven’t talked about it. Like the other night I had a [record release party]. It was myself, B, and Michelle. It did not come up one time in conversation. “

Rowland did have kind words to say about Beyonce’s new album, Michelle, and her friendship with them:

“Enjoy 4. ‘Party’ is my record and so is ‘Til The End Of Time.’ Michelle is working on her record now. We’re all just doing different things. And solo things. And enjoying each other’s friendship above all. We love it.”

A great question came from a sweet fan who asked Rowland who she would like to collaborate with. Rowland replied controversially:

“Ooo, that’s a good question…I probably have to say Kanye. I love Kanye West. I would love to get a chance to work with Kanye. And Drake.”

The question that seemed to move Rowland the most was when she was asked, “What is the best part about being you?” An impressed Rowland answered:

“Oh, wow. Four. It’s actually four. My faith. I’m so connected spiritually and so happy…My family…My third one is my friends…and my fans. That’s the best thing about being me. “

“My faith, my family, my friends, and my fans.”
