Move over, Marines!
There’s a new military band in town. This time, it comes from the prestigious Air Force.
And they didn’t stay on the safe side with a [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Britney Spears[/lastfm] song or simple lip dub.
No, Staff Sgt. Angie Johnson and her bandmates took on one of the most vocally demanding songs out there today, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Adele’s[/lastfm] “Rolling in the Deep.”
Sidewinder, a nine-piece group, belongs to 571st Air Force Band, 131st Bomb Wing, Air National Guard and is currently stationed in the Middle East.
They’ve taken on a grueling schedule of performing 45 shows in 60 days, in addition to all their other responsibilities.
But what really struck us was the raw talent of Staff Sgt. Angie Johnson.
She tackles “Rolling in the Deep” with ease and even our own Carson Daly was all fired up by her performance!
