For what it’s worth, some of the best and cheapest eye shadows on the market today are from Wet n Wild.  The best thing about them is their how much they cost, $2.99.  At that price you can do a lot of experimenting with what works for you.  However, today, with our fresh faced look we’re going to get specific.

Wet N Wild COLOR ICON™ EYESHADOW TRIO in Sweet As Candy ($2.99) is a trio of soft pink colors that are not only universally flattering but easy to apply.  This swatch is particularly awesome because each color is labeled where it’s supposed to be applied to your eye area.

You can follow along with Wet n Wild’s instructions, but we recommend, like Wet n Wild, that you put the pink color on your eyelid and the soft brown in the crease, but instead of using their shimmery white on your brow bone, a matte color that matches your skin-tone would be much more flattering for school.

NYX’s Single Eyeshadow in 03 Nude ($6.28) is a color that works well for that purpose.  But NYX has lots of matte colors that will match any number of skin-tones.  Just find the one that matches your skin color and it will become a must have in your makeup bag!
