It’s official: the 90s are back and more awesome than ever!

After getting canceled 9 years ago, Pop Up Video will be popping up again on our television screens starting on October 3.

And to whet our appetite, the show has released its first video featuring the legend of both yesteryear and today…[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Britney Spears[/lastfm]!

If you’re worried about any changes they might’ve made, have no fear.

It’s all the same facts and behind-the-scenes info that you’re used to, but now, you can go on the website and make your own pop-up videos…genius!

Co-creator Woody Thompson told EW.com all about the show’s cult following:

Now, 15 years later, it feels like it’s such a point of pride for people to say they were Pop Up Video fans. I get it all the time, people saying, ‘I grew up on Pop Up Video. I was there when it came out!’ It feels like a rock band. It’s a cultural reference that says that you are smart and that you get it and that you don’t just watch TV, you watch cool, smart shows like Pop Up Video.
