This evening at sundown, the Jewish New Year, or Rosh Hashanah, will begin. A high holiday that marks the start of the new year in the Hebrew calendar, the festivities around Rosh Hashanah celebrate life. Much like [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]LMFAO[/lastfm]‘s infamous “Party Rock Anthem,” oddly enough.

Bringing the high holiday party to the young people,  Aish.com decided to fuse modern pop culture trends with ancient tradition. The result is a fun, infectious video remake of “Party Rock Anthem” into “Rosh Hashanah Rock Anthem.”
