It’s almost Halloween and you know what that means.
We’re about to be binging on an unhealthy amount of candy!
Clean Street Food is a family-operated business and owners Jack & Sara couldn’t resist bringing their adorable kids Fiona and Ian into the studios for the festivities!
The truck launched in December of 2010 and aims to provide a variety of options that reflect the diversity of Los Angeles.
Clean Street Food focuses its menu on sandwiches, but it also incorporates flavors from Hispanic, Asian, and old-fashioned American cultures.
All the entrees are designed to come on a bun that’s baked fresh daily, but they can also be served naked for all you carb watchers!
The inspiration for the truck’s name comes from 3 basic concepts. Sara explained to us:
It works on many different levels. Clean kitchen, a requirement, not negotiable. Clean food, three of the four proteins are antibiotic free, you can taste the difference. Clean menu, the recipes are designed to be “clean”, nothing more needed, nothing less required, rich, flavorful, delicious and healthy. Simply great food.
Jack and Sara are the perfect duo for the food truck business. Jack graduated at the top of his class from The Baltimore Culinary Academy and Sara, a former graphic designer and project manager, holds down the fort behind-the-scenes.
Congratulations to today’s lucky winner!
Carson brings in a different truck each and every week, so don’t fret! There’s always another chance to win!
