Bad news for basketball fans. Talks to end the NBA lockout have stalled again after the players rejected the latest offer.

Even more troubling, the players are now seeking to disband their union and sue the NBA.

We’ve been holding out hope that we’d still get to watch the Lakers play by the end of this year, but now it looks like the whole season will be scrapped.

Basketball is such an important part of the LA sports scene, so we went out to the STAPLES Center to find out who you all are really mad at: the players or the owners?

Carson thinks it’s time to cut the crap and just start playing ball again, but he wanted to see what people on the streets were thinking.

Some of you didn’t have too much sympathy for the players, considering many of them make more money than most of us will see in a lifetime.

It’s sad because I gotta bust two jobs. I’m fresh out the army, so I’ve done my 9 years in the service, so for a guy who’s making $40 million just to play up and down for a couple of hours, that’s hard. It makes me mad.

But we also talked to one man who said it’s not about the money, it’s about what’s fair:

I think it’s about workers fighting over their rights and regardless of how much money you make, you should always get your rights and your cut like I do or you shoot a hoop like Kobe Bryant does.

Listen to what everybody else had to say below:

  • Are you bummed out by this whole NBA lockout mess or is it not a big deal? We want know what you think in the comments!
