Lady Gaga Reads A Passage From Her Photography Book With Terry Richardson
Hello there, Little Monsters. It’s time to curl up with your favorite [lastfm link_type=””]Lady Gag[/lastfm]a stuffed animal and have Mother Monster read you a story. In her lilting, melodic voice, Gaga will read you the forward entitled “Terry & Me” from her photo book with Terry Richardson due out on November 22nd.
[pullquote quote=”To say he is a free spirit is a tremendous understatement and to say that he, or I, make people uncomfortable is spot on.”]It’s a sweet story, Little Monsters, about how your mama met a man just as creative and “uncomfortable” as herself. A little bearded/mustachioed man with iconic glasses that would watch her while she slept…and take pictures of her.
Hmm. Richardson is starting to sound a little like the creepy fashion world version of Santa Claus.
Here’s a bit of what Gaga has to say about Richardson:
[pullquote quote=”I’ve waited my entire life to be photographed by Terry Richardson.”]”Sometimes it seems as though I’ve waited my entire life to be photographed by Terry Richardson. With Terry, the relationship extends beyond the photograph, and if you’re lucky, he will teach you something truly profound about yourself.”
“I have discovered through him that shame is an obsolete notion and apology is an injustice to any performance. To say he is a free spirit is a tremendous understatement and to say that he, or I, make people uncomfortable is spot on.”
We wonder how many photoshoots were inspired by #drunkyGaga and #drunkyRichardson. From what we’ve seen the pictures are going to be amazing and scan-delicious.
