[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Katy Perry[/lastfm] has had a very busy few weeks. She announced on Ellen that she was performing a free show as the last show of her Teenage Dreams tour right here in Los Angeles. That show is going on tonight actually!

There has also been a good amount of speculation about what’s been going on between her legs and whether or not a baby is on the way. But she is going to put all that aside when she takes on one of the toughest roles in the comedy world, hosting Saturday Night Live.

Hopefully, her comedic hubby, Russell Brand can give her a few pointers on timing and the like, but for the most part, we believe in Katy. This isn’t her first time around the block, if you know what I mean.

And if you knew what I mean, you’d know I was talking about her 2010 appearance in an SNL skit that made fun of her parents’ disappointment with her low cut wardrobe on an episode of Sesame Street. That night she was the musical guest and put on a great show.

Her episode, due to air December 10th, will also feature musical guest, [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Robyn[/lastfm], who opened for Katy during a leg of her Teenage Dream tour.

While her previous performance was a particularly bouncy, I imagine we will see all sorts of sides of Katy Perry we haven’t yet seen. I’m excited! How about you?

Wizzy Wiz and Snoopy Snoop are still working hard on delivering the visual for the lead single off their soundtrack to the upcoming film “Mac and Devin Go To High School.

[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Wiz Khalifa [/lastfm]and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Snoop Dogg [/lastfm]spent a lot of time trying to figure the best way to incorporate scenes from the movie into video, and decided upon the clever shooting location of a drive in movie theatre.

Still, the video promises to be dynamic and will also feature the two rappers performing the lyrics. “We got some more party scenes where we just gonna be doing our verses and having the scenes from the movie play on the big screen from the actual movie ‘Mac & Devin Go to High School,’ “ Snoop said on the video set back in October. “So people get a chance to see a few scenes and see us perform at the same time.”

The carefree song is all about having fun and watching Snoop and Wiz relive some of that youthfulness is a welcomed sight.

And don’t sleep on the album or movie, the projects are a different look for many veteran rappers out there, but Snoop does this justice, he assures us, “It’s a real big deal because nobody’s done it like that as far as a veteran, an O.G. in the game, a pioneer, and then the newest, youngest, most exciting dude in rap coming through and really just giving the people a complete project,” Snoop said. “The music is quality.”
