Playing for his own non-profit, the Snoop Dogg Youth Football League, the Long Beach native pulled in over $72,000 for his organization.

[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Snoop Dogg[/lastfm] said he picked up the game when he was a kid and would play hooky, pretending to be sick and would just watch the show all day. Well, how about that?

In addition to racking up mad Benjis on the show, Snoop also took turns co-hosting the show with Drew Carey and even spit a freestyle for all the folks at home and in studio. The California rapper also plugged his upcoming appearance at the New Orleans Voodoo Music Festival.

It certainly looks like Snoop has a career in TV hosting if he gets tired or too old for the rap game. We would be watching!
