Blue Ivy Carter may be only a few days old, but she’s already appearing on her very first track.

No, this is not a joke!

Proud poppa [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jay-Z[/lastfm] just released a new song called “Glory,” featuring the cries of his newborn baby and he also reveals some personal details about [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Beyonce[/lastfm]‘s struggle to get pregnant.

“Glory” debuted on [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jay-Z[/lastfm]‘s website, Life + Times just yesterday.

During the chorus, our hearts melted when Jay talked about what it feels like to be a new father:

But the song is more than just his mushy feelings. He revealed Blue Ivy Carter was very appropriately conceived in “Paris” and that [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Beyonce[/lastfm] had actually miscarried once before.

Last time the miscarriage was so tragic
We was afraid you disappeared
But nah, baby you magic (voilà)
So there you have it, s*** happens

At the very end, you can make out the cries of a tiny baby, which is supposedly audio of Blue Ivy Carter herself!

Listen to the full song below, but heads up, there are some explicit lyrics so it’s NSFW!

  • Do you think [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jay-Z[/lastfm]‘s “Glory” is a sweet tribute to his new daughter or should these sorts of things be kept private? Sound off in the comments!
