[photogallerylink id=104755 align=right][lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Bruno Mars[/lastfm] can’t stop winning! After cleaning up at the Grammy Nomination announcement and concert, the Hawaiian-bred crooner also made waves by not only topping the digital singles list but also had the most songs in the top 10.
His huge smash “Just The Way You Are” topped the digital sales list according to International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) with an impressive 12.5 million copies sold worldwide. But that’s just the beginning. His song “Grenade” made the No. 2 spot with 10.2 million sales worldwide.
[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]LMFAO[/lastfm]’s breakout hit “Party Rock Anthem” shuffles in at No. 3 while [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Jennifer Lopez[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Pitbull[/lastfm]’s dance record “On The Floor” comes in at No 4. and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Adele[/lastfm] (never too far from an accolade) rounds out the top 5 with “Rolling in the Deep.”
Besides holding the first two spots of this list, Bruno Mars also has the last say on it because his playful jam “The Lazy Song” stand at No. 10 on the list as well.
2011 was one heck of year for Bruno Mars. Let’s hope he can keep it going into 2012, where he is up for (count ’em!) six Grammy trophies!
