Hockey is a huge deal in Canada and, at this point, so is Drake. Combine the two, top them off with some maple syrup and some polite charm, and you have simplistically summed up the Canadian way.
Although it’s no “Madonna at the Super Bowl,” cinematic presidential hopeful, Drizzy, performed “Headlines” during half-time at the NHL All-Star Game in Ottawa this Sunday.
“If you’re proud to be Canadian tonight, I want to hear you make some noise one time,” said Drake. “I grew up on this sport that we are celebrating this evening, and this is one of the greatest honors I’ve ever received.”
