Whitney Houston Tributes: LeAnn Rimes, Elton John, & Wendy Williams

Ever since, we first heard Whitney Houston had passed away on Saturday, we’ve been trying to make sense of the tragedy.

For many in Hollywood, they’ve lost a mentor and a friend.

In light of this momentous loss, many are paying tribute to the late pop star with covers and dedications.

Country singer [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]LeAnn Rimes[/lastfm] could barely hold back the tears while singing, “I Will Always Love You.”

The hit ballad was originally sung by [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Dolly Parton[/lastfm], but made even more famous by Whitney Houston.


Meanwhile, Elton John dedicated “Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me” during his concert on Sunday.


And although talk show host Wendy Williams never met Whitney, she too felt the need to share her thoughts:
