Drake Sells Miami Pad; Moves To LA-
Young Money’s heartbreak kid, Drake is currently on his Club Paradise tour which heads to Europe real soon. Now when he gets home, instead of lounging in one of his old Miami condos, he’ll be settling into his brand new mansion located in Hidden Hills, California.
Drizzy just sold his dual condos in Miami, which are located right next to each other, to NBA pro-baller Mario Chalmers of the Miami Heat. Drake let him have it for a steal at $2.4 million, nearly $100,000 less than his asking price.
In the same swift move, Drake relocated to sunny Southern California, where he will reside in a $9 million home that comes complete with a five stall stable and a riding arena in a watery oasis that leads to a wet bar.
Eminem’s Shady 2.0 Will Stream Live From SXSW-
South by Southwest is one of the year’s most exciting events in music, the multi-day, multi-show festival is a smorgasbord of musical performances on every level. In fact, just days ago we reported on Jay-Z’s set being streamed live courtesy of American Express. Well Eminem, being another King of Hip Hop had to throw his hat into the ring as well. That’s why thanks to Fuse TV, you can see Em’s label signees go H.A.M. during the festival.
The Shady 2.0 showcase will include up and comers Yelawolf, Big K.R.I.T., Slaughterhouse and Action Bronson. For Hip Hop heads and music lovers alike, this is a promising lineup. With a headliner like 50 Cent, well, that’s just icing on the cake!
50 Cent was actually the first artist signed to Shady Records where he released his debut, Get Rich or Die Tryin, which he will perform in it’s entirety for the show. What a trip down memory lane! “You a wanksta!”
Eminem’s camp tweeted simply “Shadyrecords.com #shadysxsw” to bring attention to the upcoming live music event that will air live this Friday (March 16th) on Fuse TV.
Adam Levine Gets Into Celeb Fragrance Game-
According to law the Maroon 5 frontman wanted to enact about a year ago, he, along with the slew of celebrities with their own fragrances, should be punished by death! Granted, he was just tweeting and has no real jurisdiction anyway, he was still totally called out for going back on his own criticism. The best part is who did it: none other than “The Voice” cast mate, Christina Aguilera.
Picking fun at the “Misery” singer, Aguilera pointed out how Adam reneged on his former outburst by joining the celebrity trend. “What a difference a year makes,” she wrote “Welcome to the celebrity fragrance family!” She ended the message with Adam’s old tweet which read:
“I also would like to put an official ban on celebrity fragrances. Punishable by death from this point forward.”
Tsk tsk tsk. Well, Adam, what do you have to say for yourself now?
We kid! Everyone is human, and Levine has been known to stand up for his beliefs and isn’t used to holding his tongue, so one misstep…we aren’t digging too much into it.
