Mondays aren’t always the easiest day of the week, but at least we can look forward to a new episode of The Voice!

And while we count down the hours until tonight’s big show, each week Carson whets our appetites with a first look at the latest battle rounds.

Yes, it’s just one of the perks you all get to enjoy because our morning show host is also the host of one of TV’s hottest shows!

Today, he highlighted a couple of the fiercest battles and warned us that tonight’s episode is pretty emotional.

Emotional? We already had a mini panic attack during the amazing match-up of Jesse Campbell and Anthony Evans…what could be worse?

TEAM ADAM: Nathan Parrett vs. Pip

Carson thinks coach Adam Levine is using a little bit of strategy for this face off. Both Pip and Nathan have very similar sounding vocals, so it make sense to keep only one of them.

Tonight, they take on Amy Winehouse’s “You Know I’m No Good” and from the sneak preview, we have no clue who Adam will pick…they both sound so good!

TEAM BLAKE: Erin Willett vs. Gwen Sebastian

Gwen won us over during the blind auditions with her adorable Midwestern accent. The country singer is competing against Erin Willet, who showcases her soulful skills in the Pat Benatar classic, “We Belong.”

Unlike Pip and Nathan’s battle, these women have two distinctly differently styles, so we’re interested in seeing how this all pans out!

Check out a clip of their duet here!

Watch 6 more battles go down tonight on The Voice at 8pm on NBC!
