Have you joined Pinterest yet?

It’s the latest social media craze. Basically, it’s a virtual space where you can bookmark things you like, including recipes, craft ideas, fashion trends, furniture, and beauty tips.

Really, the possibilities are endless. Anything image you find, you can add it to your online pinboards.

For the most part, Pinterest is dominated by female users, so Producer Angie and I took it upon ourselves today to give Carson a crash course on this new website.

It’s differs from Facebook and Twitter because the emphasis is on the visual experience, rather than communicating information to groups of people.

Sure, people still interact with each other, but Pinterest is used as a planning tool for all sorts of projects.

Take for example, weddings. It’s a great place to organize your ideas for your venue, engagement ring, wedding gown, and anything else, but lately we have noticed an alarming trend.

Girls who have wedding pinboards…and they’re not even dating anyone! They name these inspiration collages things like “For ‘A Friend’s’ Wedding” and “He’ll Propose One Day…” Creepy, party of one!

Carson agreed..it’s a surefire way to freak out any potential suitors, so ladies, you’ve been warned!
