We’ve been doing the  Food Truck Friday segment on AMP Radio for about a year and a half now, so Carson and the rest of us on the morning show all have our own personal favorites.

But today, it’s official: Carson fell in love with a sandwich. Yes, a sandwich.

We know, those are some bold words. Which truck created such an impressive entree?

The talented crew from Holy Aioli, of course!

Check out photos of Holy Aioli’s Food Truck Friday visit here.

Owner Sabah stopped by today to show Carson what Holy Aioli is all about:

Holy Aioli specializes in seasonal and sustainable sandwiches, salads and fries.

The truck goes above and beyond when it comes to being green.

The meats they use contain no no fillers, no extenders, no artificial flavors or colors, no gluten, and no MSG.

The breads don’t have any preservatives, additives, flavorings or improvers.

And even the fries are cooked in heart-friendly canola oil that contains no trans-fats or cholesterol.

Much of the inspiration for Holy Aioli came from Sabah’s 5-year-old son. She tries to find ways to sneak more vegetables into his diet and putting them in between 2 slices of bread is usually a good place to hide them!

Sabah was born in Morocco and the flavors her crew implements at Holy Aioli reflect her international upbringing.

Originally, Sabah moved to the United States to work as an attorney, but she always had a passion for food.

When she was laid off last year, she decided it was the perfect timing to get into the food business. At her old job, she often bought her lunches from the food trucks, so she figured, why not start one of her own?

Carson loved the grub so much, he just had to share, so he sent Holy Aioli to the office of an AMP Radio listener for a free lunch.

In fact, every Friday you have another chance to win an office feast from our featured truck of the week, so if you didn’t get through the phone lines today, keep trying!

While you wait for our next truck, track down Holy Aioli on the streets by checking out their website or following them on Twitter!
