While most of us were relaxing this weekend, Carson was stuck in rehearsals for tonight’s live episode of The Voice.

That means he came to work with tons of spoilers for all you Team Adam Levine and Team Cee Lo Green fans.

Tensions are high with yet another two people set to go home after tonight’s instant elimination.

Who does Carson predict will be moving onto the next round? He laid it all out this morning:

On today’s show, all 8 quarter-finalists from Team Adam and Team Cee Lo will take the stage. Their fellow coaches will also join them for a group performance.

Cee Lo will be particularly busy because not only will he occupied with his coaching duties, but he’s also premiering his new single with Goodie Mob, “Fight To Win.”

TEAM CEE LO

Carson argues that Cee Lo may have the strongest team in the entire competition with Jamar Rogers, Cheesa, James Massone, and Juliet Simms all battling it out for the top spot.

“I think it’s safe to say Jamar Rogers and Juliet Simms [are] probably the front runners,” Carson said earlier this morning. “Now that’s not taking anything away from Cheesa and James Massone from Boston, who’s a lady killer. Four strong.”

Unfortunately, Cee Lo will have to send 2 of them home, one of them tonight and the other during Tuesday’s results show.

TEAM ADAM

Adam’s protege, Javier Colon, won season 1 of The Voice, so don’t expect Adam to back down without a fight. Mathai, Tony Lucca, Pip, and Katrina have survived the chopping block thus far in season 2 and Carson expects this will be a competitive night for Adam’s final four.

“Front runners for Adam? I don’t know. You might say Mathai and Tony Lucca. I don’t know. That’s just my 2 cents from being there at the tapings and the way that the crowd responds.”

Mathai had the unfortunate luck of performing after the incredible Juliet Simms 2 weeks ago, but she still impressed the coaching panel with her soulful rendition of “Ordinary People.”

As for the rest of Team Adam, Carson says it’s “anybody’s race.”
